Hey mamas! I hope you’re enjoying your couple of quiet moments before the kids wake up, or come home, or before your work break ends. These precious moments of silence can be like little vacations, so I’m so honored that you’re spending them with me.
Because I know they’re so precious, I don’t want to take up too much of them. I just knew I needed to share some of my favorite podcasts for working moms recently that have inspired and motivated me as a working mom. I really hope these help you if you’ve been feeling like work has gotten a little monotonous lately or like you’re losing sight of the whole reason why you’re working in the first place.
1. Earn Your Happy with Lori Harder

If you need to feel like you have a new best friend, Lori Harder is your girl. She is the perfect combo of mindset pro and cheerleader. As someone who was told her body type was out of her control due to genetics for her whole childhood, Lori felt defeated. All that changed when she was faced with powerful women doing amazing things in fitness competitions on TV. Being presented with female role models changed Lori’s mindset, so she set out to become her best self and drown out the noise.
I wholeheartedly believe that each of us has the strength that Lori has, and sometimes we just need to be surrounded by other powerful women to lift us up. As working moms, it can be difficult to stay connected with those people who would support us. I find listening to podcasts like Lori’s makes a huge difference.

2. Mommy Millionaire Show with Cayla Craft

Looking to hear from another hardworking mom to share relatable stories and take home some really helpful financial advice? Cayla Craft is all about helping other moms build generational wealth despite the difficulties that come with our busy (and let’s face it – expensive) lives. Cayla and her guests combine advice about inner strength, positive attitudes, and real-world financial strategies to guide listeners toward financial freedom.
With over 80,000 listeners, it’s clear that what Cayla has to say in one of the top podcasts for working moms is not only inspiring but truly helpful. If you’re a busy mom with an entrepreneurial spirit, I urge you to give this one a try and start building systems in your life that will bring you financial freedom like Cayla!

3. The Goal Digger with Jenna Kutcher

I know – I had to read that title a few times before I got it, too! It’s genius though. As women, we have to subvert the “gold digger” biases every day. For me and my tribe, as well as Jenna’s, we’re GOAL diggers. How do we do that? Jenna urges moms to prioritize building boundaries while working on their businesses.
I love this podcast because it tackles so many women’s issues and has helped me make many life-changing decisions for myself as I take on the role of wife, mom, and business owner. Jenna even released a book, “How Are You, Really?” and she’s been featured on Forbes, Marie Claire, USAToday, Good Morning America, and more. She sure has a ton of valuable information and advice for working moms everywhere!
